AI training built around how your team actually invests.
A typical program combines a series of working sessions, adapted to your team’s asset class, workflows, approved tools, and level of AI experience. Below is an example program structure.

1
Get better answers. Teach AI how you think and invest.
We start with how to prompt properly. It might seem basic, but it’s the foundation for everything else, and most people could do it much better. Then your investor context: the structured instructions to teach AI what you cover, how you invest, what you care about, and how you write.
2
Scale research and analysis.
Ramp up on a new name, sector, or theme in hours. Ingest and analyze transcripts, research, CIMs and data rooms to surface gaps against your thesis, identify supporting evidence, contradictions, and open questions. Earnings season workflows that tear down filings as they land, with what matters pulled out.
3
Communicate with speed and persuasion.
From loose ideas to memos, IC write-ups, and presentations in a fraction of the time. Anticipate and address pushback from your audience. Draft outreach in your voice with the full context of each relationship.
4
From AI assistant to thought partner.
Build a panel of AI challengers to pressure-test a thesis, ask the questions worth asking, prepare for management meetings, and challenge your own thinking. Set up position monitoring agents that parse news flow on your names and flag when something matters.
5
Flex choice.
The last module is dedicated to whatever your team needs to go deeper on (e.g., automations, agents, …). By then we know where the value is for you, and so do you.
Formats
Your calendar is full. We’ll fit the program around it.
We adapt the program to what works best for your team. Most teams pick one of four options:

AI workshop series
Four to five workshops where you build AI skills and workflows for your own investment work, with office hours in between.

1-2 day AI off-site
The full program in one or two days, for teams that know weekly workshops will get bumped by live deals and market volatility.

AI workshops during your off-site
Your off-site is already planned? Bring us in to run AI workshops as part of your agenda.

Custom AI training and advisory
Need something else? One-on-one coaching for senior leaders, targeted trainings or support on AI implementation.
We try to keep groups small on purpose. Past twenty people nobody asks questions or builds anything, and building is the point.
What you keep
Walk out with custom AI assets and the skills to use them across your work.
What your team actually builds depends on what your team does. A sample of what comes out of these sessions:
It all compiles into one playbook about your coverage that gets better the more you use it.
Security & compliance
What your compliance team will want to know.
Before session one, we sit with your IT and compliance teams to establish what’s permitted: which tools, which data, which use cases. Everything we teach runs on the stack your firm has approved and inside your data-handling rules. Your material stays in your environment, and we never hold it. No live position, deal, or holding is needed for any exercise. In the room, we reinforce your existing rules. We’ll sign your NDA and complete your vendor DDQ. The learning hub holds course materials, prompts, and playbooks. Your firm’s files never touch it.
We don’t pretend AI is risk-free. Using AI means data moves to a model provider under your firm’s agreements. Using AI safely is an important skill, which we teach alongside everything else.
Well-trained people on approved tools beat rogue AI use. The most common AI risk inside firms is people using unapproved tools for firm work. Proper training on your approved stack is how that stops.
Data discipline is part of the curriculum. We teach your team what belongs in which tool and what never does: MNPI, client data, and confidential deal material stay where your policies say they stay.
Your team owns everything it builds. Prompts, workflows, playbooks: your firm’s IP, not ours.
